Position Summary


Responsibilities:

The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:


  • Tender Coordination:
  • Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud's TradeTapp platform to analyze and evaluate contractor qualifications, financial stability, and risk profiles. Provide comprehensive reports and recommendations based on TradeTapp assessments.
  • Coordinate the entire tendering process, from design package execution to bid evaluations and contractor selection. Ensure compliance with internal policies, project deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage Autodesk Construction Cloud's BuildingConnect and Build platform to efficiently manage project documents, including plans, specifications, and addenda. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure accurate and timely document distribution.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Maintain relationships with existing contractors and identify new potential vendors. Collaborate with construction and estimating teams to ensure the selection of qualified, reliable, and costeffective contractors.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation throughout the tendering process, including RFPs, bid evaluations, contract summaries, and correspondence. Generate regular reports and updates to project stakeholders.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including project managers, legal counsel, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of the tendering process and adherence to organizational policies.
  • CCDC Contract Management:
  • Utilize your indepth knowledge of CCDC contracts to review, interpret, and administer contract terms and conditions throughout the tendering process.

Academic/Professional Requirements:


  • Civil Engineering Degree is preferred.
  • Additional designation and/or certification is considered an asset.

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related construction profession as tender coordinator or estimator.
  • Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management within the Company as well as outside the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
  • Experience in working with SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and version control.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud suite, with a focus on TradeTapp and BuildingConnect will be consider an asset.
