Responsible for troubleshooting escalated work and advanced technical requests/calls from Client Support Specialists or directly from hospital staff/physicians. They will also manage small projects related to their area of expertise.
Work is delegated on a daily operational basis to Client Support Specialists to manage either work queues or project-related tasks.
Regular Full TimeHours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Rate of pay:
$31.36 per hour - $39.20 per hour
Qualifications:
- 3 year College Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Netwroking, or Comupter Technology
- A+ Hardware Certificate, MCSE or CAN preferred
- Minimum 3 years recent, related experience in a high volume computer support environment
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrated problem resolution and troubleshooting skills and aptitude
- Demonstrated project leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and family centred care principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
Immunization Requirements:
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
