Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, monthly and annually
Help manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, HR and administrative processes
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Prepare government tax remittances
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Support internal and external audits
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
Other duties as assigned
Stay uptodate with accounting regulations and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
Self starter with the ability to manage priorities
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Decision making and leadership ability
