Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

  • Develop and follow up on customer resources, conduct highlevel phone or facetoface consultations, provide detailed answers to customer inquiries about the company's business, and facilitate contract signings. 开发及跟进客户资源,进行高水准的电话沟通或面对面咨询,详细解答客户关于公司业务的各类问题,并促成签约;

  • Master various business knowledge of the company to provide professional consulting services to clients. 掌握公司各项业务知识,为客户提供专业的咨询服务;
  • Collaborate and guide contracted clients in preparing relevant materials. 协助并指导签约客户准备相关材料;
  • Gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, strengthen emotional connections with customers, establish excellent customer satisfaction, deeply explore customer needs, and obtain customerreferred resources, as well as broader immigration demand configurations. 进一步了解客户需求,加深与客户感情联系,建立一流的客户满意度,深度开发客户需求,获取客户推荐客户的资源,及更广泛的移民需求配置;

Qualifications 任职要求

  • More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the immigration field and sales experience. 有1年以上移民领域相关工作经验,销售经验;
