Project Manager to join our Team.

Responsibilities:

Planning and executing multiple renovation projects to meet budgets and timelines.
Provides assurance of successful execution of projects including compliance with project specifications and schedules
Lead communicator with all clients regarding the status of their projects
Project status reports to owners
Consults with project coordinator in regards to the development and maintenance of cost and project progress databases
Complies with and develops procurement policies and guidelines
Guide/Mentor Site Superintendents/Project Coordinator/Lead Hands/Carpenters/Apprentices
Procure Trade Partners and Suppliers and negotiate pricing on behalf of Ackard Contracting. Ensure that positive and mutually beneficial relationships are maintained
Oversee job estimate process
Perform site progress and safety inspections when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to
