Administrative Assistant for our Estimating department to join our award-winning team, who is

This role actively supports our Estimating department.

Your duties will include, but may not be limited, to the following
:


Estimating Department:


  • Produce and administer the task schedule provide progress report for weekly Sales-Production Design-Estimating meeting.
  • Track estimating department's daily progress.
  • Meeting notes distribute to team members and Construction Manager within one day of meeting date.
  • Prepare progress reports for monthly Focus meeting.
  • Type and proofread proposals and contracts using notes, quotes and design information.
  • Create new files for each project (electronic and paperbased)
  • File approved plans (electronic and paperbased).
  • Compile tender and send out tender packages for trade partners and suppliers.
  • Schedule appointments with clients, trade partners and suppliers.
  • Administer tenders received ensuring that estimators receive the correct information in a timely manner.
  • Produce, distribute and file purchase orders as directed.
  • Perform reconciliations as directed.
  • Produce, distribute and file change orders as directed.
  • Modify existing Excel based estimating program as required.

Design Department:


  • Assist Interior Designer with transfer of information to estimating department ensuring that it is thorough and within deadlines established.

Construction Department:


  • Produce job packages for Production Manager, Site Super, Leadhands, Designer, QC/Warranty Manager, Cabinet Shop Foreman for each job.

Salary:
$48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
