As the Manager, Talent Attraction you will:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to meet the recruitment needs across multiple retail stores, distribution centres, and home office.
Plan and implement a datadriven recruitment strategy; focusing on driving employer branding to attract highquality talent and all talent acquisition processes.
Optimize recruitment marketing channels and advertising spend to drive qualified talent to open positions.
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics.
Create a cohesive recruitment marketing initiatives calendar.
Enrich the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts, and employee testimonials.
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry and keep abreast of new trends in social media channels as it relates to talent initiatives.
Accountable for talent acquisition processes and recruitment marketing processes, including tools, budgets, and systems.
5+ years' experience working in a recruitment marketing or talent acquisition specialist role.
23 years' experience in developing and leading a team.
Indepth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or other design tools is considered an asset.
Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
CIR/ACIR and CSSR designations are a plus.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Less than 10% travel required.
A satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required.
Hybrid In Office/Work from Home.
