As the Manager, Talent Attraction you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to meet the recruitment needs across multiple retail stores, distribution centres, and home office.
  • Plan and implement a datadriven recruitment strategy; focusing on driving employer branding to attract highquality talent and all talent acquisition processes.
  • Optimize recruitment marketing channels and advertising spend to drive qualified talent to open positions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Create a cohesive recruitment marketing initiatives calendar.
  • Enrich the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts, and employee testimonials.
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry and keep abreast of new trends in social media channels as it relates to talent initiatives.
  • Accountable for talent acquisition processes and recruitment marketing processes, including tools, budgets, and systems.
  • 5+ years' experience working in a recruitment marketing or talent acquisition specialist role.
  • 23 years' experience in developing and leading a team.
  • Indepth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or other design tools is considered an asset.
  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • CIR/ACIR and CSSR designations are a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
  • A satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required.
  • Hybrid In Office/Work from Home.
