Manager, Talent Attraction, for our Human Resources Team within our

As the Manager, Talent Attraction you will:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to meet the recruitment needs across multiple retail stores, distribution centres, and home office.
- Plan and implement a datadriven recruitment strategy; focusing on driving employer branding to attract highquality talent and all talent acquisition processes.
- Optimize recruitment marketing channels and advertising spend to drive qualified talent to open positions.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Create a cohesive recruitment marketing initiatives calendar.
- Enrich the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts, and employee testimonials.
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry and keep abreast of new trends in social media channels as it relates to talent initiatives.
- Accountable for talent acquisition processes and recruitment marketing processes, including tools, budgets, and systems.
- 5+ years' experience working in a recruitment marketing or talent acquisition specialist role.
- 23 years' experience in developing and leading a team.
- Indepth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or other design tools is considered an asset.
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- CIR/ACIR and CSSR designations are a plus.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Less than 10% travel required.
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required.
- Hybrid In Office/Work from Home.
