We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to join our team as a
Subprime Sales and Finance Manager.
The
Subprime Sales and Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and assessing customers' funding needs, collaborating with our network leaders to secure approvals, and assisting customers in selecting vehicles from our inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Diligently manage the sales pipeline
- Source and select suitable funding options for customers
- Negotiate payment terms and financing arrangements following credit approvals
- Prepare sales orders for review for the underwriter
- Acquire expertise in merchant financing to maximize gross profits
- Focus on serving subprime customers effectively
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed within specified deadlines
- Aim to make 250 phone calls a day
- Solicit customer feedback and online reviews
- Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in phone sales
- Demonstrated work ethic and a determined, resultsoriented attitude
- Selfmotivated and goaldriven
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, loans, and risk
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele

$55,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
