As part our Planning team, as our Cultivation Planner you will support nursery, harvest planning, post-harvest production, systematic processes with cultivation and supply planning.

You are a truly collaborator and you excel at working cross-functionally with our team of Cannabis enthusiasts to continuously provide a positive Cultivation Planning Process to best fulfill customer demand and delivery of top-quality products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Cultivation & Post-Harvest Planning

Create, maintain and monitor schedules within Post-Harvest for labour and production determine the timing of production needed to meet customer delivery requirements
Manage and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system data entry for Post-Harvest Planning Processes
Allocate resources such as labour, equipment and materials, to meet production targets and coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure availability and resources utilization
Daily maintenance to track lead times and identify bottlenecks that affect supply plans. Collect all production data and consolidate into reports
Ensure flow of product is smooth and work with production teams to resolve arising issues within workflow. Help give direction on priorities within production based on the demand and supply plans

Planning & Reporting

Create reports to clearly outline Cannabis inventory on hand and share with crossfunctional teams
Support with the creation of reports and insights to management for decisionmaking and continuous improvement
Work with the sales and commercial teams to ensure product is allocated at the most optimal level
Maintain all reporting within the Cultivation and Post-Harvest departments and present weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to crossfunctional teams

Process Flow & Collaboration

Collaborate with different stakeholders to quickly resolve issues when demand exceeds allocation or when there are long term supplier capacity constraints
Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure production plans are on track, and follow up on/communicate delays to appropriate stakeholders
Execute action plans based on team priorities and company objectives and maintain endtoend communication and process flow for all crossfunctional teams

OTHER DUTIES

Our plants and processes require in-person care and attention to ensure we're bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers.

This means other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - seed to sale.

This role is on-site, which requires you to work in Pure Sunfarms facility at all times in an operating role or directly supporting operations.

YOUR BRAND, YOUR STORY
We already know you are passionate about Planning, but we want to know more about your story and experiences.

You're good at the following:

Degree in Business or Commerce is an asset
2+ years of experience in a planning, forecasting and/or analytical role
Solid experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must
Relevant handson experience with reporting, analytics and forecasting using multiples systems and reporting files
Selfstarter, who works independently, takes responsibility and demonstrates integrity
You thrive in fastpaced, everchanging environments
Strong communication capabilities that enable change, problem resolution, mediation, and the ability to successfully work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic thinking with tactical activities

Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain a security clearance.
