Are you looking to enhance and grow your skills and knowledge by making a career move? Nuvo Iron has been crafting the finest fencing and gate products for over 20 years and is looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant to enhance their team

The Administrative Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting all aspects of sales in a predominately service oriented manner.

In this role, you will prepare all paperwork and documents for potential and existing clients, while ensuring the overall sales process is operating efficiently on a day-to-day basis.


You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Manage tender bidding communications, fielding sales inquiries and distributing to appropriate Sales Representative.
  • Coordinate content for proposals/item set up sheets, read through specific requirements, and determine how to best organize information.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and letters of intent for various projects, revising scope of work and tender documents as needed.
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the Sales Director.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis reports along with reviewing and verifying monthly expense reports.
  • Monitor trends and evaluate the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
  • Assist with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, while developing content for sales presentations (Power Point) and client brochures
  • Audit, develop and update online sales item descriptions/content

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 1-3 years' work experience, preferably in a sales environment
  • College diploma in business administration, or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in computer programs including MS Suite, Adobe Suite, Excel, Power Point, Word and CRM/ERP systems
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, along with multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to exert sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
  • Hard working, team player who can collaborate effectively as well as work independently.
  • Strong communications skills, with exceptional telephone manners and good interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, effective followthrough, with good problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated, confident, strong work ethic, with ability to take initiative.
