Description
Visionpool Business Services is hiring a HYBRID Intermediate Tester.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the development, establishment, and communication of test plans, testing measures, and testing standards.
  • Design and execute test cases and test scripts.
  • Identify, investigate, and report defects and potential issues.
  • Record and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
  • Create and/or update documentation, training materials.
  • Deliver and/or participate in delivery of trainings and demos.
  • Investigate and/or assist with investigation of issues before and after implementation.
  • Manage, and/or configure test tools and templates.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 7 of direct experience in system testing including designing and executing tests for large and complex IT projects.
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycles, testing processes, testing techniques and test automation.
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid projects.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Substantial exposure to projectbased work structures.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and find innovative solutions.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with test automation will be an asset.
