Receptionist to join our team working at our branch office in
Sherwood Park, AB

What you will be doing:

Answer multiline phones and direct client inquiries
Control the flow of walk in customers and callers
Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
Process new business and renewals entry and activation, data entry, review incoming paperwork in timely manner
Process endorsements, cancellations, banking changes and change payment plans
Verify proper coverage and billing
Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding
Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers
Ensure EPIC system & company portals are updated consistently

What you bring to the table:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
25 years' experience in an office environment

Computer skills

Keyboarding and MS Office
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Epic is an asset
Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check preferred
