_Early Childhood Educator_
- The Central Saskatchewan Military Family Resource (CSMFRC) Centre Child Care Centre, located on Canadian Forces Detachment Dundurn, has exciting employment opportunities for motivated, creative and caring individuals that will compliment our professional team. We are a facility where children can explore, manipulate, laugh, grow, and learn in a safe and enriching environment._
Tasks include (but not limited to):_
- Support and implement childcare programs, promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts. Set snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods. Provide written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors. Discuss progress and challenges of children at staff meetings._

Credential Requirements_
- Experience working with children an asset._
- Clear Criminal record check_
- Current First Aide and CPR Certificate_
Professional Qualifications_
- Personal suitability, dependability, flexibility, reliability, team player._
- Pose effective communication skills; both verbally and written._
- Work in a team setting._
- Assist in housekeeping duties._
- Conduct programs for an inclusive child care centre._
- Knowledge of licensing regulations._
- Willingness to continue training thru workshops, classes etc._
- The CSMFRC Childcare Centre is looking to fill these positions immediately._
Salary:
From $18.90 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dundurn, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
