Fuzion Flooring - Inventory Controller (FULL TIME)
Reporting to - Warehouse Manager

The position will be responsible for inventory accuracy, analysis and resolution of count issues, and leading ongoing cycle counting process.
The Inventory Controller must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, has excellent communication, math and analytical skills.
Successful inventory coordinators should have 3+ experience in Inventory control, time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing and analyzing all cycle counts.
- Root cause and report corrective actions to improve overall inventory accuracy.
- Reconciliation of all 3PL warehouse balances.
- Respond quickly to operational needs to support picking and shipping
- Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies, make quantity reports.
- Provides innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend and instruct staff as required to improve processes.
- Document and notify inventory management of inventory or process related issues.
- Monitor, analyze, correct warehouse transfer activity.
- Participate in safety and safety meetings
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, company safety rules and good safety practices
- Process customer returns and work with Product Management, Credit and CSR's to completion
- Engage with finance department to manage financial impact of stock adjustments.
- Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in Inventory process
- Coordinating annual country wide physical inventory
Knowledge & Skills Required
- 2 to 5 years' experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control in a fastpaced environment
- Experience with SAP B1 and asset
- Forklift license, reach truck and counterbalance is required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage in this specialty operation, and make recommendations
- Advanced in Excel skills an asset
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
