Pride Fleet Solutions is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME, On-Site
Customer Service Advisor for the location Milton.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
  • Listen to customer concerns and questions regarding vehicle maintenance or repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles and consult with customers to understand their service needs.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on recommended services, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Generate service estimates and quotations based on recommended repairs and parts.
  • Clearly explain cost breakdowns and timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments for vehicle repairs or maintenance.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Provide updates on the progress of repairs and notify customers of any additional work needed.
  • Educate customers on preventive maintenance and explain the importance of specific services.
  • Answer questions regarding vehicle care and address customer concerns.
  • Order necessary parts and ensure their availability for scheduled services or repairs.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to track and manage inventory.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before returning vehicles to customers.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to the service provided.
  • Process service orders, create invoices, and collect payments from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial details.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their service experience.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with technicians to clarify customer concerns and ensure accurate communication.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to customers when needed.
  • Enter and update customer and vehicle information in the service database.
  • Ensure accurate and complete records for future reference.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
Transportation Industry: 1 year (preferred)
