- Ontarget earnings Year 1: $75,000+
- Ontarget earnings Year 2: $90,000+
- Ontarget earnings Year 3 onward $115,000+

Employee benefits are a $50 billion dollar a year B2B industry in Canada and growing every year.
But the average age of traditional employee benefits sales advisors is over 60 years old, traditional employee benefits sales techniques haven't progressed for 25 years, and traditional employee benefits advisors' firms act like closed shops when it comes to adding new people.
The industry is only getting bigger - but where are its next generation of sales advisors going to come from?YOUR ROLE
You will be selling GroupHEALTH employee benefits, and GroupHEALTH does employee benefits like no one else. You'll go into sales battles with the best weapons, the best team, and the best systems. GroupHEALTH added almost 2,000 clients through the global pandemic through companies like GroupStrength, because we sell what Canadian employers and employees want and need, and can only get from us
YOUR IMPACT
- You will speak to Canadian key business leaders about their employee benefits plan, and how their business can improve their current benefits with a GroupHEALTH plan.
- You will convert qualified leads from our NBD team into opportunities and close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- You will educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey, dissecting and qualifying their business goals
- You will work with key business leaders to evaluate their plan, using your exceptional benefits advisory skills to construct a better plan using GroupHEALTH tools. We don't do applestoapples, only applestooranges: because of your savvy benefits plan engineering, your prospect will get better than what they currently have.
- Once you have dazzled Canadian business owners with something better and they've agreed to move to a GroupHEALTH plan, you'll pass them to a service team that operates a singular, bestinclass Client Services experience.
- Our best Sales Advisors keep their sales skills sharp by doing their own prospecting, too when you're training with us we'll even give you experience working alongside our New Business Development specialist to hone your skills.
THIS IS YOU
- You are a selfstarter, will passion and drive to success.
- You have 12 years of sales experience bonus points if you come from an insurance or group benefits background.
- You are a good communicator both written and verbal.
- You are quick on your feet.
- You are tech savvy.
THIS IS NICE
- Experience in B2B Sales in insurance or group benefits.
- Experience with cold calling, and lead generation.
- Experience with a CRM is considered an asset.
