How you will contribute
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Commercial, the position is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of a project commercialization including, but not limited to, scope, execution, and budget, quality and timing.

As a Project Coordinator - Sales you will:
- Support the launch of all projects, from inception to completion, including setting up budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Prepare trial plans and support trial execution.
- Organize all trial materials and track trial/startup costs
- Coordinate/communicate project requirements with relevant departments and guarantee excellent customer service
- Create item codes and product codes on the system and prepare Bill of Materials for new product launches
- Maintain project calendars, project costs and track project status
What will make you successful
- 2 years' experience as a project coordinator/administrator, working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
- A highlymotivated, selfstarter capable of supporting multiple projects
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer skills (excel)
More about this role
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday.
8:30AM-4:30PM.
