Position Scope


The Sales Support Administrator will stay on top of industry trends to ensure that the team is equipped with updated product, pricing, and customer information.

This role will prepare sales quotations and work with the sales team and potential customers to assist the growth of market share and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
  • Expedite requests in order to meet deadlines
  • Perform data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
  • Keep track of account statuses and relevant information
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide data and guides that will assist the sales team in hitting revenue targets
  • Keep records of sales trends
  • Stay uptodate with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is well informed
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Effectively plan daily, weekly and monthly schedule
  • Accurate ad processing and efficient workflow
  • Awareness of performance to goal, gap and assists in developing plans to meet sales goals
  • Demonstrate knowledge and able to articulate the value of marketing solutions
  • Communicate and cultivate an environment of growth and open dialogue
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand and solve needs
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales representatives and management team members as required
  • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or Engineering
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop would be an advantage
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Handson experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
