Bona Building and Management Co Ltd is looking to hire a full-time Building Technician.

Responsibilities will include:

Performing minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
Performing scheduled maintenance on fire suppression/fire alarm systems, pest control systems, and life safety devices/equipment
Managing facilities and grounds contracts and agreements, and preventative maintenance requirements (HVAC, Sprinkler, Breakroom equipment)
Operating, maintaining and repairing water filters softeners, piping and pumps used in conjunction with water distribution, including all plumbing fixtures, supply lines, drains, water lines, and associated components
Assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, other secondary refrigerating liquids, together with valves, appurtenances and lines used in the system
Assisting in the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, appurtenances, and lines used in the distribution of heated or processed water

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of related experience
Possession of the requisite licenses and permits required by local laws and ordinances to operate, repair and maintain the facility equipment and systems will be a plus
Must have good working knowledge of hand tools and appropriate test equipment
