Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Bona Building & Management Co Ltd. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with building maintenance. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.

Duties:

Responsible to perform nightly walkthroughs of the entire property and report security issues or risks promptly
Required to assist with work order completion as directed by Management
Complete tasks lists in timely manner
Perform light cleaning as needed
Perform and assist in routine building maintenance
Dispose of garbage, recycling, etc throughout the company as required
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
Grounds maintenance and snow removal, as seasons and weather require
May be called to assist other Bona properties in the case of an after hours emergency

MUST
be able to work during the day (7:30AM-4:00PM) for the first month of employment for training purposes only. Night shifts will follow after.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Fluent in French or English (Bilingualism an asset)
Must possess or be eligible to obtain Reliability Clearance

Hours: 4PM to 12AM, Monday to Friday

Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
