Responsibilities:


  • Forecasting, and daily lifting schedules of NGL products from NRM facilities for rail, pipe, and trucks according to Marketer arrangements and Producer gas production forecast
  • Manage daily and monthly imbalances on pipelines and facilities (gas and liquids)
  • Facilitate month end NGL transfers, pipeline splits, truck ticket reconciliation.
  • Facilitate upcoming month nominations
  • Collect raw gas producer volumes and adjust daily gas confirmations onto pipeline(s) to minimize the month end estimate to actual adjustment on the pipeline(s)
  • Seek out improvement opportunities with process improvements, optimizations of scheduling/operations and automation.
  • Frequent communication with producers, carriers, and marketers
  • Tracking and correcting confirmations within pipeline rules
  • Create or update processes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across both internal and external contacts.

Qualifications:


Required:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Able to learn quickly with a desire to understand full picture
  • Capable to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, advanced Excel required
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Team player but can work independently
  • Effective planning, problem solving, analytical with close attention to detail is critical.
  • Following training, on call rotation responsibilities will be required.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in any of the roles as Common Stream Operator, Gas Scheduler, NGL Logistics
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements associated to TDG, rail, truck, and pipeline logistics would be an asset
  • Experience working with any of Dearman, EOne, TIPs Midstream allocation, TIPs Pipeline, Petrotranz and Gas Pipelines (TC, Enbridge, Alliance) would be an asset
