- Help produce organization's marketing and communications material
- Curate social media content and assets for organization's channels
- Conduct content reviews and editing for all external material
- Liase with various vendors to develop and produce material
- Ensure branding and style compliance
- Event planning and logistics support
- Other duties as required
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
- Strong writing and editing abilities; able to produce high-quality content with short deadlines, developing and executing professional communications products for a variety of audiences
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple requests while maintaining high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of all social media platforms
- Highly organized, task driven individual, with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, pro-active individual who can work independently as well as in a team

Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Communications Administration Co-op intern will be part of the communications team supporting daily work and ongoing projects. Working closely with the fast-paced communications team, the administrator will be responsible for assisting the team with executing various project initiatives that will provide valuable, real-world experience in the energy industry.
