Description

You will be part of a team responsible for providing Level 1 support to our end-users with problem reporting, identification, resolution and help with onboarding/training as needed.

Location:
Downtown Montreal

Responsibilities will include:

Providing onsite support at all Greater Montreal area properties;
Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals;
Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment;
Troubleshooting low voltage equipment such as Access Control, Intercom and DVR systems
Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by endusers
Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)
Creating documentation and/or revising training manuals;
Maintaining asset tracking;
Assisting with projects as required;
Repairing and/or coordinating repair of hardware devices.

Qualifications:

Fluent in French and English
Experience with Low Voltage devices
Experience with all variations of Windows, MAC and Mobile OS
Thorough understanding of IP networking
Outstanding people skills and customer service skills orientation
Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, high visibilityhigh stress situations
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
Excellent research skills

Good to have:

Experience with Cloud Computing concepts
Microsoft or other industry recognized training and/or certification (e.g. A+)

Assets and Additional Information

You will be required to travel around properties in Montreal for onsite troubleshooting. Mileage Reimbursed.
Corporate hours are 8:30am5pm and you will be required to participate in our emergency oncall rotation.
