is seeking an organized and customer-focused _Saturday Receptionist_ to ensure smooth weekend operations and deliver excellent customer service to our valued customers.

This position, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, will play a vital role in maintaining efficient communication channels and providing support across various administrative tasks.

The Role:

Operate switchboard; answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff or department
Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner; direct traffic to the appropriate department
Assist the Accounting Department with sorting and scanning parts and service invoices
Maintain cleanliness of Reception area, sitting area, and lunchroom
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is considered an asset
Previous experience operating a switchboard and office equipment is considered an asset
Exemplary organization and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office programs
