As a Receptionist at one of our dealerships, you will be responsible for creating great first impressions and answering phones, and other administrative functions as assigned.

You will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand and dealership loyalty.

You will be an integral part of a strong group of professionals that work together to continuously find new ways to improve the experience of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers by phone and in person in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner
Listening to customer needs and concerns with genuine intent and taking appropriate action
Keeping detailed records of all interactions with customers
Ensuring any administrative paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
Reviewing and analyzing actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
Staying uptodate on the dealership training programs
Being knowledgeable about new features, specials and updates

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
Experience in customer service would be an asset
Experience in Reception in a dealership environment would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and engaging attitude
Organized with an attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize
Flexible and open to change; initiative to take on special tasks as needed
Holds a valid driver's license
Must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
