MotorHub Automotive Group is a group of automotive dealerships in Nova Scotia including Truro Nissan, Blaikies Dodge Chrysler, Truro Mitsubishi, Straitway Kia, Atlantic Dodge, Clare Dodge, CSN ATLANTIC Collision, CSN Blaikies Collision.

Responsibilities include:

Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the service department staff to maximize team productivity and ensure employees are supported and engaged
Foster professional employee development through mentoring and determining advanced training needs
Understand and comply with health and safety requirements as well as manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction by compassionately handling customer concerns immediately, making customer satisfaction a department priority, and establishing good working relationships with customers
Maintain highquality service repairs and minimize comebacks by conducting regular spot checks of completed jobs
