Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HRSD ServiceNow Manager to lead and oversee the implementation and management of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR processes, ServiceNow HRSD modules, and project management. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HRSD projects and continuous improvement of HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD strategies.
• Align HRSD projects with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction for HRSD initiatives.
• Project Management:
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including HR specialists, developers, and business analysts.
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation:
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow HRSD implementations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other business units.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HRSD project-related communications.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in HRSD delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features, functionalities, and industry trends.
• Promote the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance HR service delivery.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR process management and ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,351.84-$110,345.00 per year
