Résumé du poste :

Le technicien en Metrologie sera responsable de l'étalonnage, de la vérification et de l'entretien de tous les instruments et équipements de mesure.

T CHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

- Examiner et comprendre l'appareil de contrôle de la qualité

- Planifier, organiser et effectuer l'étalonnage conformément à la procédure standard.

- Préparer les rapports d'étalonnage

- Conserver les preuves de l'étalonnage dans le registre des jauges

- Organiser et contrôler les enregistrements des tests

- Manipulation de divers appareils : Appareils métrologiques, électroniques, étalons physiques, etc.

- Effectuer la réparation ou l'entretien des appareils métrologiques

- Investigation des problèmes

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

- DEP ou DEC en instrumentation technologique ou dans un domaine connexe (mécanique, métallurgie, etc.)

- Capable de lire/interpréter des dessins

- Esprit critique pour identifier les défauts et attention aux détails

- Rigoureux et détaillé

- Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Excel, Words, Outlook)

- La connaissance du logiciel Gaugetrack est un atout.

- Expérience de travail dans la fabrication de composants aérospatiaux est un atout

- Bilingue, un atout

- Test d'aptitude : Capacité à porter un masque respiratoire

Job Summary:

The Metrology Technician will be responsible for the calibration, verification and maintenance of all measuring instruments and equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Examine and understand quality control equipment

- Plan, organize and perform calibration according to standard procedure.

- Prepare calibration reports

- Maintain evidence of calibration in gauge register

- Organize and control test records

- Handle various devices: metrological devices, electronic devices, physical standards, etc.

- Repair or maintain metrological equipment

- Investigate problems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- DEP or DEC in technological instrumentation or related field (mechanics, metallurgy, etc.)

- Ability to read/interpret drawings

- Critical mind to identify defects and attention to detail

- Thorough and detailed

- Knowledge of office tools (Excel, Words, Outlook)

- Knowledge of Gaugetrack software is an asset.

- Experience in aerospace component manufacturing an asset

- Bilingualism an asset

- Aptitude test: Ability to wear a respiratory mask
