General Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and goals of the studio
  • Assist in the planning of marketing strategies and activities
  • Execute all marketing activities
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external resources
  • Coordinate certain marketing activities with the business development team
  • Manage business intelligence of initiatives and present analysis results
  • Manage website, social media and web campaign operations in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Execute the company's public relations plan in accordance with the marketing strategy
  • Ensure that marketing and communication activities are consistent with the company's brand image

Other Considerations:

Occasional travel


Qualifications and Skills Required:

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with 2+ years of experience, seeking to join an established company with growth potential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Keynote and Illustrator.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Effective project coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
  • A good understanding of the latest technologies and how to use them in marketing activities
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to popularize technical content to reach a wider audience

Skills Desired:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce or equivalent
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in communication, marketing and market development project management, preferably B2B
  • Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written) required
  • Proficiency in social media operations and animation (including online advertising)
  • Autonomy, initiative and proactivity
  • Strong analysis and synthesis capacities
  • Thoroughness and consistency in his/her interventions
  • Strong team spirit and ability to meet or exceed team objectives
  • Sense of rigor and organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated, confident, energetic and creative
