_ JOB SUMMARY_


The Site Superintendent will be responsible for the coordination of all onsite activities and supervision of all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

This includes maintaining the highest quality, and supervising all field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

The Site Superintendent also maintains the site office and tool container. The Site Superintendent may be working independently or alongside the Property Developer & Facilities Manager.


This position is based out of our main office located in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock)

WHAT YOU'


LL DO:
_**- Help coordinate and supervise construction activities

  • Attend site meetings as required
  • Maintain an organized job site
  • Maintain positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and other employees
  • Ensure staff and trades adhere to construction schedule and safety polices
  • Other duties as directed
  • This is a new position and duties will change and expand with time

WHAT YOU'


LL NEED:
_**An effective Site Superintendent must have the following:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
  • The ability to be a selfstarter with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
  • Ability to multi task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook)
