Currently looking for strong shift leaders/ supervisors/ assistant managers for our brand-new, Indian street food concept, developed in partnership with Chef Vikram Vij from CBC's Dragons' Den

Main Responsibilities:

Supervising member relations including training & development, and recognition. As

well as recruitment, and scheduling (as required).

Promoting a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.
Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest

experiences.

Ensure consistency of quality, portion control, and menu item presentation.
Adhere to and enforces food handling/safety requirements.
Ensure for and maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.

Job Requirements:

Supervisory/management experience working in a restaurant or retail store an asset.
Passion for food, service, and hospitality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong team building skills.
Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
Proven ability on achieving results through others.
Experience with ordering/counting inventory an asset.
