Associate Manager, Business Analysis

**Description: - Permanent Full Time-
What you will do- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Business Analysis within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to insurance products and services through effective business analysis.

What you will bring- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.

Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a high-performing team.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Passion for coaching & mentoring team members to reach performance expectations and support them in developing into their full potential.

Be a culture leader who is focused in building high performance teams and developing strong and collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.

University degree or equivalent education or experience
Experience of working in Agile environment and IIBA Certification considered strong assets

  • The base salary for this position is between
    $61,900*:
  • $114,500** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
