Position Description:
Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Service Delivery Oversight: Take ownership of the service delivery process for the IT Asset Management program, ensuring that services and capabilities are in accordance with agreedupon SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units and regions to understand their requirements, address concerns, and foster collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor performance, analyze trends, and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact service delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of IT Asset Management services, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Capacity Planning: Work closely with relevant teams to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that capacity requirements are met to support the IT Asset Management program.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to IT Asset Management activities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead staff by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Skills Required:
- 7+ years project management experience
- Project Management Office experience
- Wellversed in Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage project/programs financials
- Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information and present findings to senior audiences
- Superior MS Office Suite skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations
- Exceptional attention to detail while being highly organized
- Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization
Nice to have:
- Jira expertise (usage, board creation and upkeep, workflow creation, etc.)
- Experience in an Agileatscale environment
- Program management experience
- Technology and organizational strategy background
- Chiefofstaff type experience
