- The Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience (CDRR) organization within Technology at Morgan Stanley, provides first-line defenses for information and cyber security, fraud, resilience, response and recovery, and technology risk and controls. The organization also includes Morgan Stanley's Firmwide Data Office, International Technology offices, and the Non-Financial Risk Technology organization. The combination of these groups, in close partnership with the business and technology teams, enhance the resilience of the Firm, address the complex and continuously evolving threat environment, drive compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, and ensure data governance, quality and security.
- Working with the DLP squad & wider Technology stakeholders, you will support the continuous improvement of our services through the development of automation scripting and effective observability solutions.
- You will deliver knowledge sharing across our global Data Protection squads & chapters, providing documentation, presentations, and internal postings.
- 5 plus years of experience in Cybersecurity, data protection compliance or related field.
- Python, PowerShell or similar
- Knowledge of critical cyber security controls
- Experience working within Agile teams.

The mission of the Data Protection Service (DPS) group is to implement the Firm's Data Cybersecurity Strategy by architecting, engineering, deploying, and operating technical data security controls and capabilities for the Enterprise.
This is achieved by continued focus on architectural rigor, automation, Agile delivery, and adoption of Data Protection Services' control implementations by our users and partners.
As a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) squad member you will be involved in the service delivery and development of key DLP infrastructure and controls across the Morgan Stanley organization.
In this role we are looking for someone who is self-starter with proven & demonstratable experience in technical & application support of enterprise systems.
You will work with the DLP squad supporting Engineering & Operational tasks involved in data security services, ranging from service delivery, task automation, DevOps tasks and supporting an on-call rotation (frequency is once a month).
