The opportunity

The Resuscitation Program Manager (RPM) plays a critical role in bringing their knowledge of our network and our programs to bear on advancing our relationships and deepening our engagement with a diverse network of instructors, training providers, customers, and corporate accounts.

This role supports The Heart & Stroke Foundation's mission to advance and enhance emergency cardiovascular care and first aid training and education throughout Canada.

The incumbent does this by helping us "Own the Market"—meaning we are both seen as the leader and de facto choice for serious employers and healthcare providers across the country who are seeking to advance their cardiovascular emergency response programs and acquiring best-in-class training from our network of high-performance accredited instructors.

The Resuscitation Program Manager grows and supports our network of stakeholders (instructors, training providers) and identifies opportunities to advance our programs within the region.

They lead engagement with our network and aim to elevate our brand, our programs and the delivery of high-quality education through the development and management of our programs, solutions and services.

They collaborate and, as needed, lead collaborations with internal teams—both within Resuscitation Program and the broader The Heart & Stroke Foundation—and ensure open dialog and an exchange of information takes place, to develop solutions and drive value to our training network and customers.

He/She upholds our guidelines by ensuring compliance with our policies and standards, and represents the Foundation at provincial meetings, events, conferences and other activities, as appropriate.
