Position Summary
This individual will work in an extremely fast‐paced environment as part of a team of individuals, including customers, suppliers, labor teams, sales personnel and internal staff.
We are willing to train the right individual with the required skills and competencies who is interested in learning the industry.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing plans & specifications to determine the scope of work and to define project requirements
- Understanding design intent and identifies challenging items
- Performing electronic quantity takeoffs for all labour, equipment, materials and contractors to complete the project to specifications
- Seeking out competitive pricing from suppliers and appropriate subtrades, as needed
- Tendering contracts from consultants, subtrades & suppliers
- Outlining and proactively communicating project requirements and timelines
- Finalizing contracts that meet client requirements
- Working with the Project/Sales Teams to map out the project timeline and schedules
- Preparing construction agreements, schedules & budgets
- Proactively communicating project progress and requirements and addresses any concerns
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by your manager
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Degree from Engineering or Business discipline (preferred)
- English, strong business written and verbal proficiency
- No previous experience required

- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders for successful bid completion
- Able to prioritize and be flexible, while maintaining efficiency

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
