Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable company solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reach business goals and sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Track sales activities and create reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Continuously refine and implement sales and negotiation strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the power generator or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to identify lucrative business opportunities and maintain profitable client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the power generator industry and its latest trends is preferred.
  • Selfmotivated, with a resultsdriven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
