About Wilson Blanchard:
Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa Company, is comprised of Condominium Managers, Condominium Administrators, and Accounting Administrators.
Along with our dedicated support team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to over 42,000 condo unit owners daily.
Responsibilities:
- Direct maintenance staff in routine repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds of complex
- Assist the Manager in overseeing major projects and communicate with contractors
- Prepare and maintain records of work assignments
- Respond to client requests in an effective and timely fashion
- Preparing status certificates for approval by the Property Manager
- Coordinating "payables" and shipping payables batches approved by the Property Manager to head office to obtain cheques
- Establish, organize and maintain hard copy and computer records management/file systems
- Coordinate meetings
- Spearhead purging of files, storage and labeling
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, coworkers as well as owners and Board members.
- Additional duties as required, including tailoring the above duties to suit the needs of the corporation for onsite administrator roles
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma, GED or other equivalent
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution,
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word,
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with applicable
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
