About You


Working closely with the Vice President, Manufacturing Operations and our executive team, this position will be responsible for the successful operation of our KingCast plant at the operational level through the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Your Impact

  • Oversee the production process and ensure that products are made efficiently and to the highest possible quality standard.
  • In conjunction with the vertical leader, supervise all assigned work unit activities and provide overall leadership and guidance of the local management team to ensure a cohesive operational environment, ensuring performance standards are being met.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes are being followed and proper training is in place, responsible for the overall Health & Safety of all employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company, such as Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, to ensure the manufacturing process meets the needs of the business.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are being met.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff.
  • Champion the Company's Purpose, Vision, and Values across all departments.
Your Experience/Requirements of the Role

  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and provide feedback to employees.
  • At least 5 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Critical thinking skills (including strategic and creative thinking).
  • Proven track record of excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and use time efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to delegate tasks, set expectations, and monitor progress of all direct reports, holding them accountable if targets are not met/achieved.
  • Willing and able to exercise good judgement and decisionmaking skills to select the best course of action.
  • Must have a commitment to the Purpose, Vision, and Values of the StressCrete Group.
  • Occasional travel within North America.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive team as required.
