Summary:

StressCrete Group is a manufacturer of decorative concrete poles. We are hiring people to work in our production plant. Experience is not required, just a willingness to get dirty and work in a hands-on, heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform handson tasks involved in the production process, including but not limited to cage building, mould setup, concrete batching & pouring, and spinning & steaming poles.
Work in a team to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Operate hand tools and machinery following standard procedures.
Maintain and follow accurate production records.
Maintain an organized workstation and perform daily cleanup at the end of the shift.

Educational & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or labour field is considered an asset.

Skills/Core Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
Accountable and results driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to problem solve, exercising good judgement when making decisions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A
positive attitude and
strong work ethic are a must.

Ability to speak and read English is required, as applicants must be able to read & understand procedural documents, product drawings, production paperwork, etc.
