    Description

    Home Depot is looking for a Store Human Resources Manager.

    Associate Engagement

    • Set an example by embodying the company's values every day and encouraging high associate engagement.
    • Ensure consistency, fairness, and thorough completion of important associate relations practices.

    Workforce Planning

    • Develop an annual workforce plan focusing on talent, recruitment, and cross training strategies.
    • Identify current and future staffing needs and organize Store Job Fairs.
    • Create and adjust Weekly Staffing Schedules.
    • Facilitate store talent discussions and succession planning.

    Strategic Priorities and Business Support

    • Assist leaders in implementing change initiatives and overcoming challenges.
    • Apply industry trends to drive critical initiatives.
    • Analyze customer satisfaction scores to pinpoint areas of improvement.
    • Engage in Weekly Business Walks to guide and mentor leaders for better selling and service practices.

    Experience/Knowledge Required:

    • 3-5 years HR Generalist experience preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in various HR disciplines.
    • Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.
    • Retail or Hospitality background is a plus.
    • Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a focus on customer service.
