Summary:

Grand River Hospital has just launched our bold, exciting Strategic Plan and Joint Master Plan with St.

Mary's General Hospital that will unleash our full potential and unlock the Region's capability as a hub for excellence in patient care, teaching and innovation.

In alignment with this, Grand River Hospital has initiated and is developing a Clinical Services Plan to determine clinical program needs and service priorities.

The plan provides both current direction and action items and those expected over the coming years.

It also takes into account the existing infrastructure of the organization and future needs, funding models and projected community growth and demands.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the EVP - Clinical Services, you will work directly with the EVP and other VP's/Directors to support the execution of the Clinical Services Plan and other operational initiatives


This includes:
- assisting with the analytics and providing recommendations to support operational direction
- completing data analysis
- facilitating engagement across various teams to capture feedback and input
- developing communications for stakeholder engagement
- undertaking peer performance comparisons for various processes and programs


Qualifications:

- completed undergraduate degree
- previous hospital experience and knowledge is an asset
- demonstrated experience with strategic work preferred
- strong research skills
- demonstrated proficiency with data analysis
- experience working with project management methodologies and clinical process analysis
- ability to foster collaborative working relationships
- ability to write in a clear and concise manner with compelling written communication skills
- ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- ability to be curious with a questioning mind
