    As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer communications and service for the department.

    serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
    1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
    ~ proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
    ~ a proven commitment to quality of work
