    Description

    NOTE:
    This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
    Convert warm inbound leads into sales
    Provide financial education to every customer
    Close and guide customers through the sales process
    Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
    Strong sales and negotiation skills
    Previous sales experience strongly preferred
    Extended dental, medical and vision benefits (We pay 100% of the monthly premium)
    Excellent on the job training
    First and foremost, this is a sales job, objection handling is expected.

    You will need to be an excellent listener, a clear speaker (everything is done over the phone) and able to provide industry leading service to our customers.
