Permanent, Full-Time
Purpose of Role:
Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and Operations to ensure the effective performance of the Operations Department at all four office locations across the lower mainland.
Reports to:
Director, Human Resources & Operations
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:1-2 years' previous experience in Operations Management
Experience working in a professional services firm is considered an asset
A positive approach with an interest in people and their diversity
Attention to detail, solid organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Strong business acumen
Has a high degree of initiative with a proactive approach to work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Effective coordination skills, working with multiple people/locations/schedules
Exceptional analytical skills
Must possess a valid BC driver's license
Able to lift 50-pounds
Able to work non-standard hours and OT as required
Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Director of Human Resources & Operations to oversee daily business operations
Assists with projects as necessary, including the planning, contracting, purchasing, and liaising with approved vendors
Attends to any correspondence by team members and other stakeholders
Coordinates meetings, events, and Directors' travel
Generates reports from the time and billing system
Coordinates inventory management and approves supply orders
Provides direction to Office Services Team
Coordinates travel booking for team members
Maintains team members' confidentiality
Actively supports, participates and organizes firm wide initiatives
Participates in the firm's Team Development Program
Promotes the firm's Quality Control Standards
