Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining CIBC's Remote Access Services team. The team is accountable for Operational Support, Engineering and Service Ownership of CIBC's Remote Infrastructure. Services that the team is accountable for include Citrix Cloud and Citrix on-premise, Citrix Remote PC management and support, Windows 10/11 VDI IPU, Windows 11 Non-Persistent VDI OS layering and app repackaging, Citrix Agents currency, VDI endpoint security stack consolidation (MS Defender)

and Citrix ELM to name a few.

How You'll Succeed

  • Production Support
  • Investigate and define operational issues and prioritize based on severity, risk and/or strategic business needs. Manage issue logs and adhoc requests. Design and implement solutions to prevent recurrence with the end goal of ensuring clients satisfaction.


  • Partnership

  • Work as a regular liaison with business partners, technology partners, senior management team, internal and external clients. Ensure internal clients are wellinformed of the team mandate and nature, including relevant policies and standards changes. Promote and support the concepts, products and services of the Remote Access Services teams.
