Task description
The Operations Manager directs and coordinates the activities of the Operations department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper staffing is scheduled.
- Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate manner.
- Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Collaborates with sales team to execute business plan targets.
- Reviews operational reports and resolves issues.
- Ensures that the operations are efficient.
- Motivates, coaches and counsels staff.
- Builds and maintains longterm relationships with customers, airlines, handling companies and other partners.
- Resolves critical situations with customers, airlines and employees.
Required Skills:
- Aviation Industry of minimum 3 years, and at least one of them in a management position.
- Bilingual mandatory (English & French)
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Available to travel
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field an advantage
Job Types:
