Your opportunity:

Our Montreal office is looking for an
Administrative Assistant to join the Translation and Linguistic Services team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team members
  • Creating, delivery, and closing of translation projects
  • Daily management of the translation requests and distribution of projects
  • Attending to customer inquiries and followups, in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with billing
  • Coordination between each step of translation for internal work, client work and external providers
  • Compiling monthly productivity statistics for the team
  • Other administrative duties as required

Your experience and education**- You have a minimum of three years' working experience in an administrative or similar role

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on customer service, both internally and externally.
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • You have the ability to work in a deadlinedriven work setting and deal with confidential information
  • You value teamwork, client service and quality work
  • You have the ability to learn to use new tools specific to our type of work
