Ability to interpret legislation, policies and collective agreements.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) Certification or courses through the National Payroll Institute (NPI).
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French.
The PBC provides expert pay and benefits services to a large and diverse client group operating under several collective agreements.
