Customer Service Representative - Toronto, Canada - Selrhub It Solutions
Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to meet customer needs and sales targets.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
